After the Jihua (Jieyang) ABS unit was officially put into operation in February this year, the total production capacity of Jilin Petrochemical ABS resin increased to 1.2 million tons/year, ranking second in the country, and gradually formed the ABS development advantage of "North and South integrated planning".
To this end, Jilin Petrochemical set up a quality research group, organized Jihua (Jieyang) Branch to sort out all kinds of bottleneck problems affecting product quality, load and stable operation, identified 8 research objectives, and implemented 68 research measures one by one. The main product indicators such as 0215A, 0215E and 0215H met customer requirements. According to customer needs, we have accelerated the production of special special materials, and successively produced three new ABS resin special products, such as TH191 and HF681, and realized the special materials for special sales. At present, the 330,000 tons of ABS products produced by Jihua (Jieyang) Branch have penetrated into the South China region, and gradually advanced to the East and southwest markets, further meeting the needs of household appliances, office equipment, educational toys, transportation vehicles, light industrial products and other fields.
